My experience at Fort Wayne Toyota has been great over the many years I have bought cars and had them serviced there. I have recently taken my car to a dealership in Indianapolis for a couple oil changes and nothing can compare to the great service at Fort Wayne Toyota. Every oil change or issue I had brought my car in for was quick and they even vacuumed the inside of my car. after having them vacuum my car after every service for so long i had assumed every Toyota dealership did this, but that is not the case. I really appreciate their attention to detail that you do not see at many other dealerships. The service team here goes above and beyond to make your experience great.
What an excellent experience. Took my Prius C in to have my winter tires put on and expecting to pay $300 for a 30k mi service. They were honest and told me that according to my records it had already been performed 9mo ago and that I wouldn't need it. $64 was all it cost for the tire rotation and balance and got my car back within a couple of hours. They even cleaned it inside and out before handing me the keys! Way to win a customer - I'll definitely be going back here!
This Toyota dealership has an excellent service department with outstanding customer service. They provide transportation should you need to go to work, shop, etc. while your vehicle is serviced. This has been a tremendous benefit to me many times.
The service department is really good. I've always felt that they were fair and reasonable. They will price match. The sales department is okay. We had an instance where they thought they had a vehicle in the inventory when they didn't.
Jim Hooper was the salesman we met with. He was enormously helpful. We are happy with the car we got. The financing was good also.
