I generally had great experience buying a Hyundai Santa Fe Sport at Evans. I guess it depends a lot on the the salesperson you get. The first salesperson I got was not very informative and responsive. The price negotiation process was moving very slowly until the second one (Andrew Bradshaw) took over and we reached a deal after only 15 minutes with a reasonable price. He was very helpful. If Andrew was my salesperson from the beginning, I would rated 5 stars.
Great service but they didn't give me my my inspection copies that come with the oil change this is happened a couple times in a row now
BEWARE***** The buying process was great, good vehicle at a fair price…until getting the title for my vehicle. Paid cash for a vehicle over a year ago and I still have not received the title. When I contacted the dealership I was told that they had made a mistake and sent the title to Toyota Credit. After several calls (really poor attitude of wanting me to fix their mistake and “it would be easier for them if I just contacted Toyota credit”) of them going to fix it with no resolution or follow up I guess I will have to fix it myself. If this is the attitude that I receive for what should be a “no brainer” fix I can only imagine how poor their attitude is at resolving other issues. BEWARE*****
