Heck of a good deal on hitchs and very prompt service
Rented a camper trailer from them. Upon walking in the door now speaks to me. I get a camper that was not sanitized and cleaned out very well. Upon renting it to the owner/ manager noticed that was not clean as he showed me around in it. They have a special needs young man doing some critical cleaning wish he is not aware of how to clean and sanitize between renting these trailors to customers. Ok rented the trailor anyway, had no other choice at this point in time. I get trailor way up in Port Huron at the KOA and then the tub stars backing up and learn the trailor had not been pumped out! Called back to inform the management of how unsanitary the trailor was and it was not pumped. The manager refunded me $75 for the unclean trailor. Hopefully, they to take the cleaning of their rental trailors more serious before someone gets a serious infection.
