If you want to buy a bike from people who really know their stuff you need to check them out. My wife and I have bought alot of bikes at Summit Bike and Fitness over the years and have received great advice and great service. Spend alittle more on a bike that fits you and you will enjoy riding for a lifetime .
My husband and I went there last weekend and was helped by Al. He knew his stuff and got us both set up with some new road bikes. Helped me choose between the L and XL women's frame. We both love our bikes and are putting on the miles. Al went above and beyond; our visit had us there after store hours and when we made our purchase he even helped us make sure our bike carrier on our car was strapped down properly and helped us load the bikes on. Way to go! Thanks for all the help!! Will definitely go there for any biking needs in the future.
Good service, but horrible fix! We live 30 miles from Summit City & spent $70 in parts/labor for an entire brake system. The bolt fell out of the brake caliper arm 2 days later.
First time going there yesterday and when i pick my bike up on Wednesday..will be my last time there. The "service" department should learn customer service skills to begin with. I have a bike that i know wasnt properly assembled and i wanted a professional to look at it and hopefully fix it..not tell me that my bike was no good and should just take it back and get a refund!! Not everyone can afford expensive bikes. Honestly, based on this experience alone i cannot recommend your store and once my bike is ready to pick up..i will not be back.
