Store employee was rude when describing their return policy that was hidden underneath a messy pile of papers. The employee miscut my wife's kickstand by about three inches and the bike is ready to fall down. Hope that employee gets educated on treating customers.
BETWEEN THE MONTHS OF JANUARY AND MARCH, THEY ARE ONLY OPEN ON SATURDAYS! GOOGLE DID NOT MENTION THIS AND I FOUND OUT AFTER RIDING SEVERAL MILES ON MY BIKE TO GET HELP WITH IT.
Jerry and the guys have built a store that is impressive. While the technicians may not be a salesperson, they try to put an effort in to helping you and understanding your needs. This place was recommended to me by a friend. I went there because I bent a rim and needed it to be trued, they did the best they could to straighten it. As I planned on buying accessories, Jerry was very helpful in selecting the best products. I returned about a week later, to buy a cycle computer and Jerry was more than gracious enough to install it and do minor service to it after the break-in period. Jerry was there after hours on his own time to take care of me and my bike so I had the best product possible. Thank you Jerry!!!
