Wonderful, they returned my sweet Coco's remains to his veterinarian in a lovely bag. The bag came with a certificate of dignity and a small booklet you can fill out with all the loving memories of your little pal. The box is beautiful and just so pleased with this company, it helped with the passing of my first pet.
My precious bunny Lola died and they were very caring through the whole process. They give you a little baggy of your fur babies hair and also have greatly priced urns. They don’t care whether you buy the cheapest or most expensive product. They also give you alone time with your fur baby for your goodbyes and you get to watch the first part of the process through a one way mirror.
