As a first time home-buyer with zero knowledge or skills in home repair, this process has been scary and I really didn’t know what I was getting myself into. I was referred to aardvark home inspectors. I had home inspection done by David Gerbert. He showed up on time and was very professional. He walked threw the house with me pointing out things that were concerns and how to correct them. He also showed me things that were okay with the home but could be improved for the house value. He was more than happy to show me where all the main gas, water, and electric cut offs were at. He pointed out several things like, windows and explained how these were higher end windows at the time the house was build. At the end of the inspection he offered me his card and number and said even after the house was purchased we could reach out to him about any questions we had about the home. I would most definitely recommend David to anyone looking for a home inspection. Thank you aardvark team!
I've had aardvark pest control's bug free summer for several years. Rob does an excellent job spraying inside and out. If I have any questions, he takes the time to explain his answers to my concerns. Aardvark responded promptly to my request for special treatment of ground wasps. I will be using Aardvark each season for a bug free summer.
