We also bring our bulldog, Bella in for nail trims when needed and she has great experience with "stubborn" dogs who don't like their nails trimmed. Samantha is just great with both of our fur babies and we could never think of taking them to anyone else!!
I have been using them for years and both my dogs go in looking pretty raggedy and they always look great when they come out.

We have taken our Shih-Tzu, Bear, there for years! Samantha is always extremely pleasant...I mean seriously I don't think this girl ever has a bad day, or at least she is excellent at hiding it!!

Samantha has gone out of her way to make sure he is the last appointment, so he's not in a waiting kennel and calls me before she's done so he's not waiting very long after.
