Great place for a medium sized meeting
I was supposed to start school August 2017. I was notified on July 21, 2017 that I need to pay X amount of dollars by July 25, 2017 to start classes, even though I am a fully funded student via grants and loans. When asked why I am being asked to pay fees out of pocket she had no response. Then she circled around to tell me that this fee is to guarantee my spot on the roster. I've never been asked to do this from any college, ever. They also refuse to waive this fee. You cannot give someone a 4 day notice to pay x amount of money. She called it a deposit. I'm not paying a deposit to attend my classes. I will attend somewhere else with a better academic program closer to my degree program. Nicole is the person I've been deal with, and she is far from professional. IWU needs to retrain her on phone etiquette. Save your money and look elsewhere.

We have meetings there sometimes, it's clean and comfortable. It's a long back road drive to get there though.
My daughter does co op classes here. It seems like a great building. It is very clean and quiet. The employees are very nice also. This would be a great place to hold a conference or other classes!
