Customer service was very bad this last time I spoke with a manager there, Dan. He was acting like he did not need my business at all and was not kind or respectful. Everybody there is always so nice and caring towards me and customers and I never have complaints about this place until this last time when I was treated so poorly. I really wish this was not the only whole sale with flowers in Fort Wayne, IN.
