Sue is very rude. As a business owner who rented a pavillion months (august) ago to have a program over this weekend and was never able to view the space even though alI asked then to be called and talked to like I am a child is unacceptable. I will not be back
I called this AM & spoke with Eric about a concern I had about their Memorial Program & he made me feel confident my situation will be looked into. Thanks Eric!
Everyone there apparently don't really care to be helpful or want to be there. It's ridiculous to have to jump through hoops just to see a site or rent it. They should be more open about each site and tell people upfront. (That site is closed in the winter) instead they make it seem like it's available because according to the calendar it is!! Then belittle you when you question them about it. How do we constantly allowing unfriendly and unprofessionals work customer service?????
