I just recently moved to the area and was excited to try out this new location but the pizza was cold when it got to my house. It had no sauce, even though I ordered one with extra, the bacon was so hard it hurt my teeth and I had to spit it out. One pizza was so disgusting that we didn't even eat it. And it took over an hour to get to us. 30 dollars down the drain. So sad, the Papa Johns in New Haven had such phenomenal workers and they put love into what they made. Unless there is a change, this location missed out on people who give big delivery
Manger asked the details and dint say anything and cut the call. Manager was just playing around so he dosnt have to cover his mistake of not putting the order. Called again still cutting and then said its closed!
First of all our car was stranded in auto zone the delivery person took my order and said it would be 45 mins. Mind you I told them I was in a car before the order was taken. It's been 2 hrs now and when I called the manager she said we don't deliver to cars. They should've told me that when I ordered 2 hours ago. Thanks papa johns. Not happy.
Horrible! Terrible! Not to trust if the pizza gets delivered or No! I Placed an Order at 10:30 for 1 thin crust and and dint received it, i called them back at 12:30 and they say it will be there any minute but still nothing and i called again, he put the call on hold and took my details to check and then again he kept the call on hold n said to give it to the manager.

I made a huge mistake when ordering today and chose the wrong address for my order to be delivered to. The delivery driver was so gracious in helping me correct it and I just wanted to say thank you to him and the store he works for. I really appreciate their going above and beyond in helping me out. Service like this will definitely keep me coming back!
I called the Goshen Rd store on 11/18/17 as I have just moved to this delivery area. I had a coupon that was in the Fort Wayne Journal Gazette's Press Pass to savings book. Unfortunately, the coupon wasn't in their system so they couldn't honor it. This was with going thru 3 people 1 to include a manager. The coupon did not have a "code" on it. My coupon was merely a free order of cheesesticks with the purchase of a large or extra large at regular menu price. I am sorry but it only makes sense that there is a way to charge me for the pizza I am ordering and "promo" off the cheesesticks. So after much frustration and exasperation on my part I called the Maplecrest Rd store. They also could not find the coupon in the system. But they were willing to honor the coupon and take the cost of the cheese sticks off once they saw the coupon. I will continue to use the Maplecrest Rd store even though it is now out of my way and I am not in their delivery area.
Finally i thought of calling the coldwater rd papa johns and they heard and helped me with the order
And I didnt receive any Pizza from them.
