Delicious crazybread. Amazing pizza. Definitely better than Papa John's pizza.
The order was so late we didn't have time to eat before we had to leave for an appointment.
Very very disappointed in the service and the effort to make the big mistake corrected,
When I asked if I could just get a refund the manager said no.
Worst experience ever. I ordered a delivery order over 2 hours ago and when I called to check on it they said they didn't have an order for my name or phone number. This is the second time they have lost my order. When I asked to speak to a manager she was completely unprofessional and said "oh well, we can't do anything for you". She didn't even apologize. I won't be ordering from this establishment again.
Very good tasting Pizza. I would skip the breadsticks though as a kind of just taste like plain dough
Zero star rating , ordered on line so we could be sure it was ready, wasn't even made and waited over a half hour for the pizzas to be made .
Unbelievable ,I don't think they would be happy if this was turned around and coming to their table.
By the time we get to eat the pizza it will be 2 hours old and was only offered a 10.00 credit on a 3 pizza order.
Asked the manager what the best way to warm them up when we returned home from the appointment , and got a reply of " the oven "
2 we're in the oven the third was made wrong and had to be remade so 2waiting pizzas and 1 on the belt in the oven just starting to cook.
This location has gone downhill. My son and I went to pick up our online order tonight when it was supposed to be ready ~7:30pm. They said it wasn't, so we sat and waited. 15 minutes passed as they worked on orders. Business slowed down, then they disappeared, completely abandoning the front of the store, as in ALL the employees... gone (registers, oven, prep line... all) for at least 3-4 minutes, and didn't return until prompted by the door chime when Waiter on the Way came in for an order and one of them wanted a drink from the cooler. It was then that they decided to look into my order. It was sitting there on the shelf. The. Whole. Time. Making it worse, they put extra onions on one pizza when we had ordered it to have none instead. Basic food service fundamentals no longer exist here apparently. Management was perfectly fine handing over the pizzas as if he and all the others didn't just huddle in the back while my food got cold.
