It's a great place to stay.. Very clean!! No bed bugs!! That's the first thing I look for on hotel reviews due to a bad past experience. Wood springs isn't a fancy place but it's clean comfortable safe place to stay. It has a laundry room and a few vending machines. All in all it's a good place.
I love it here. Very clean, safe, nice staff. There isn't drug addicts or alcoholics walking around the halls. Which is why I chose this place. It's not too expensive either. Pretty affordable. Parking is close to the doors. I leave my truck unlocked and haven't had anything stolen from it. Been here a month, While I look for a rental or place of purchase in Fort Wayne, I plan to stay here. Nice little kitchen area. Flat screen TV. Free Wi-Fi. Laundry on site. My only complaint about the place would be the elevator is a little slower than normal, but the positives definitely outweigh such a little problem. It's on DuPont road, nice area to be. I'd recommend it to someone that needs affordable and simple living for a short time. No bed bugs, no roaches. Huge plus
The manager is very friendly and the staff is very helpful. I had a maintenance issue that was taken care of in about 10 minutes. Most people are friendly. Clean room. Good value for the location. If I had to stay here again I would.
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. The manager was very professional. The staff were very outgoing and helpful ;especially Kayle. I will recommend this hotel to friends or anyone who inquires. If I need to stay here again, I will rate this hotel another 5 stars. Great job Candice and Kayle. This is like home away from home!
Very bad experience. Lady Manager is very rude and bossy. Definitely she needs to learn how to interact with customers. I was waiting behind in line with some other customers, she insulted everyone including me. The place always smells unpleasant, and the walls are too thin that you can hear people crying, fighting with each other. You can smell cigarettes and weed smoke while walking in corridor. I would not suggest anyone to live there just because it is cheaper. You get what you pay for.... Never again...
