I figured paying higher prices was worth it because I would have better service in store than online, I was wrong. Never again.
I want to give my salesperson 5-stars as I feel he did a phenomenal job and was very helpful. However , the warranty process was extremely frustrating, and I understand a large part of that was due to the manufacturer, but the staff acted like they didn't want to be bothered with my issue. If I spend $1100 on a mattress, I expect it to last longer than 9 months, and I also expect the place I purchased it to do more than say, "Take some pictures and call Serta."
I wish I had saved the time of going to 10 different mattress stores and gone to American Mattress right at the start. But if I had, I wouldn’t of known how wonderful professional this company truly was. It is the only company I will go to in the future to purchase mattresses. Top-notch, professional, courteous, and affordable. No one even comes close! Thank you for your great service!
