This place was supposed to be our getaway from stress for the night, actually it only created more. The manager on duty Cheryl was very unknowledgable, the credit card paper doesn't say no refunds by the way they just try to tell you it does. The 1st room we tried 1056 had black mold under the kitchenette sink, and along the ceiling in the bathroom, plus the floors hadn't been cleaned and had trash, pubes and footprints all over them. We didn't even check The bed after seeing The mold we have an infant. The 2nd room we tried 2007, didn't have noticeable mold but did have some very interesting paint covers, the phone was unplugged and shoved in a drawer on an end table that was turned sideways so that the drawer would only open about 3 inches, along with a condom. The sheets in this room also were stained yellow and obviously dirty with pubes and dirt all over them. Never again... go across the street.
The staff were looked like crack heads the sheets were never changed we had to finally get the sheets and blankets and do it ourselves! The only good thing it was cheap and had a kitchen. Oh two strip joints across the street.
Would not recommend wasting your time coming to this hotel. The first room my family and I were put into, 1052, had mold on the ceiling in the bathroom and mold underneath the kitchen sink after the night manager, Cheryl, was bragging how their hotel was new. There were also pubic hairs on the bathroom floor and the floor itself did not look like it had been mopped in quite a while. The second room, 2007, had a heater/a.c. that was falling apart with no labeling, dirty bathroom floor also with pubic hairs that Cheryl tried to wipe up with toilet paper and then after moving all of our things completely across the hotel and upstairs we pull back the top blanket and sheet to find more pubic hair and stains on the sheets. At that point we decided it was time to leave, Cheryl told us that we signed a piece of paper stating she would not give us our money back but luckily for us there was nothing she could show me on the paper that said that so I was able to get my refund. Would suggest going to the Inn right down the street, second time staying here and much better service and clean rooms.
This place is terrible! Black mold on the ceiling in the bathroom & under kitchen sink cabinet, dirty washcloth hanging on the shower rod, and a moldy coffee filter in the pot. At 1230am we had someone trying to force open the door to our room because the staff messed up. After getting up & going out for the day, we returned to the room to grab a few things & the keys didn't work. Woman at the front desk (the general manager) said she deactivated our keys because she went in our room & smelled like someone had been smoking spice! She said we had to pay $250 to even get back into our room or she could call the police & they could determine if it was true. The police searched our room & stuff, finding NOTHING since we don't smoke ANYTHING! But she refused to give us back the $250 for the "cleaning fee." Needless to say, we DID not stay the remainder of our trip there. When we asked for the manager's name and number because we were going to sue to get the money back, she hollered to the cops saying we were threatening her!
The best hotel I have stayed at in a long time. Quite, best wifi, nice price, brand new rooms. Front desk clerks are awesome. Well lit parking lot. Comfortable bed. Mini kitchen and if I just say again...... best Wi-Fi ever!!!!!@!
