Bought new Frigidaire gallery appliances for new home about 3 years ago, multiple warranty issues with appliances, along with ruined new floors, but that has been resolved, not Stuckys fault, I guess, Frigidaire is major junk we ended up finding out. But, for the most part the original experience was OK. But, I wanted to comment. Today we decided to pull the fridge out from the wall and clean under it. We discovered that instead of leveling the fridge when Stuckys installed it, they just put a wood shim on the floor at the back of the fridge on one corner. I got my level out and checked the floors and they are perfectly level. Why they didnt level the fridge properly when they installed it, I have no idea. I guess I will watch some youtube videos and see if I can do it. If you are going to charge someone to install something, do it right, not something shoddy thinking no one is going to ever find it. I am not calling them after 3 years to discuss, because I dont want to hear the service guy give me the BS attitude I experienced before. I originally bought the appliances here as a favor to the customer builder of our home, but if we do need to replace appliances, we will probably do Lowes or another big box in the future. But, I will say one thing about the appliances, Stuckys sells Speed Queen washers and dryers, and the big box stores dont. If you dont get this brand of washer, you are making a mistake, this washer will probably still be washing clothes 50 years from now, it is that well built. We got the simple model without all the electronics on it, and it is built like a tank, having Speed Queen does help make up for other issues.
Won't give good deals on anything..was looking for a washer... showed him same washer at Lowe's for 50$ cheaper he wouldn't budge.. got r washer at Lowe's..
We have made purchases here twice, a dish washer and then a washer and dryer. The salesman were both helpful, however, both times they had a rebate offer that had expired, but with time to submit the rebate. They gave us a receipt with the wrong date so we could submit the rebate. (Must be standard practice, because we didn't request it.) Both times the rebate was turned down. We questioned it the second time and the salesman assured us it would be fine. Once the rebate offer has ended, they shouldn't continue use it to get sales.
We purchased an Electrolux range with the help of Zac Mathis. There were a couple of hiccups, including an incorrect plug on the range, which was quickly remedied; a broken oven glass door when the box was opened. Zac immediately ordered a new range and it was delivered and installed 6 days later. I love my new dual fuel range and without Zac's help and attention to detail, I'm certain I would have had to wait longer. This is our third purchase of an appliance from Stuckys and our service has been excellent. We will continue to shop there with Zac when we are in need of appliances.
When we have to buy an alliance, Stuckys is where we head. Good service and well trained staff.
