For the conference I attended, this was an excellent venue. The facilities were neat and clean, and the audio/visual equipment all worked well. Even the lunch was good. I would gladly attend a conference here again.
The woman that greeted us in the lobby and helped check us in was extremely friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and the beds were super comfy. Great place to stay!
This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at in Fort Wayne...It is not a 3.5 star as it is listed on some 3rd party sites and is very outdated. The elevator practically closed on my daughter and if you didn't get in the door in 20sec it started to close...The bathroom so so small and sink nor tub drained properly. Toilet paper is like sand paper and the over all look was very dingy. Would NOT recommend. I would rather stay in my car but room was prepaid and of course they changed their mind about refund once they heard I read bad reviews and wanted to cancel. Reservation lady ("Jennifer of Jessica?) Super rude!!!
Room was wonderful and the restaurant was amazing! Also, the folks at the front desk were highly professional and accommodating. Thank you all for a great experience!
The first night, the maids did not give us fresh towels, didn't make our beds, and didn't empty our trash. The other 2 nights we went there they did regular housekeeping service in our room. The bathroom was almost brand new with no forced air ventilation for the shower. We went to the hot tub every night and it was very warm except for the second night, where the skimmer was draining the water and the heater was not keeping the water hot. The indoor pool was surprisingly warm, speaking there were 0°F temperatures outside and the indoor and outdoor pools were connected underwater. Overall, the hotel was very nice for the price (heh see what I did there?), especially for being just bought by Ramada.
