When I finally decided to replace my old living room furniture I had a hard time finding the right sofa to match my colors and style. If the sofa was the right size, I didn't like the fabric. If the fabric matched my room the cusions were too hard! ugh!!! I saw the Rainbow Furniture commercial on TV and decided to check them out. The salesperson showed me some of the sofas that I could customize... pick the fabric, cushion styles, size, etc! I was in heaven! I was able to get the PERFECT sofa to fit my living room and it wasn't much more than what you would pay at some of the other furniture stores in town. I LOVE it! Thank you Rainbow Furniture. Now to save up for that cute dining room set I saw in your store!
Let me start out by saying there is a lot of nice furniture at this store. However, me and my wife found a couch and chair that we loved and when we asked about fabric the sales man told us that one of the ones we liked was a very durable and good fabric. That was not the case at all! There could not have been a worse fabric to cover furniture in. And the icing on the cake is he told us there would be cleaning supplies for the life of the furniture. When we showed up a week later to get it he made it sound like that has never been offered before and had no idea what we were talking about. If my wife wasn't with me I would have thought I was crazy.
