Clean and quiet. Hospitable staff. Average rooms. Great for short stay.
We're traveling from Lewisburg TN to Kalamazoo and Grand Haven mi.to visit friends and family. We stopped in Fort Wayne in. at Comfort Inn on Thanksgiving evening. Friday morning we left for Kalamazoo when we reached our destination we noticed our money box was missing. All we had was the key to it and it was locked. So we called Comfort Inn, spoke to the desk attendant and she said nothing had been turned in from housekeeping, so we jumped back in the car and drove back to the Comfort Inn. We were allowed to go in the room as it hadn't been rented out yet and we found nothing!! We got the general manager involved and promised to do a thorough investigation. We came back to Kalamazoo as we have sick friends and family we needed to visit. This is so stressful with all that's going on in our lives right now so we're going to visit then head back to Fort Wayne and see what's going on with our lives. There was over $2000 in that money box and I want it back! I will get the athorities involved if it's not recovered, I'm hoping someone will step up and do the right thing, I will gladly pay a reward to get our money back
Love this place! Staff is awesome and the Manager Dennis is wonderful! Rooms are great. Beds are comfy.
Stayed here for a week for work. Clean and updated room. Wifi was not great but worked well enough.. The cable channels cut out sometimes. Those are my only complaints however. Staff was nice. Breakfast was good, had some hot food. Will stay again.
Great staff. Rooms were clean. Microwave, fridge. Soaps and shampoos mini coffee maker. Everything you need to be comfortable. This is the second time I have stayed there.
