I have been a customer of this State Farm office for almost 9 years, and have had nothing short of exceptional service from Pat and his office staff. They all go above and beyond when I have questions, concerns, or comments. Highly recommend!
Incredibly poor response. I had my first claim ever having had State Farm for over a decade. Pat would not return phone calls and the adjuster would not cover the cost of the roof repair indicating I would have to make up the difference. If you desire State Farm do not use this office. Better yet dont use State Farm. My sister has Amica and had a much better experience with her roof replacement.

Great office staff! Everyone is friendly, knowledgeable, and responds immediately when we've called or stopped in. We've had State Farm insurance for 30 years (several different cities & states) -- this is by far our favorite office!
