So I went insurance shopping, which not only led me to better pricing, but also led me to a company that want to get to know you and your lifestyle to help better assist you with coverages and they explained these coverages in a way to me that I understood.
We moved here from Kansas. With just a phone call to Steve's agency he handled all of our policies and updated to be effective in Indiana. Also we purchased a pontoon and wave runner and he also took care of those. I have yet to meet Steve in person. I am looking forward to meeting him as he has handled all our needs with just a phone call. It had been a great experience.

Very disappointed, of course to the point where I'm switching insurance companies. I've been with Allstate for roughly 4 years. To be honest at first it was pretty cut and dry. I was high risk, no previous insurance, and under 25 so yes insurance is expensive. I feel I was lost in the paper stack somewhere. I never really understood what was covered. I was never offered something that may benefit me. I've met with Steve and Josh, both of them attempted to explain things but somehow was vague in explanation and recommendations. I once mentioned full coverage on my motorcycle, Steve asked how much I paid for it, after answering $1500, Steve did not recommend full coverage. Also knowing my bike is not garaged, Steve did not explain nor offer that comprehensive coverage may be a good idea. To the end, my bike was a victim to vandalism, of course my bike is not covered. Ultimately my fault, I guessed I should have studied the do's and don't, rather than relying on some company you pay thousands per year to explain coverage recommendations. With this being said I gave Steve the opportunity to cover the bike under his expense to keep a customer with multiple policies "more or less". Steve did not meet me any portion of the way and only had one thing to say was his licence could be taken away for fraud. At this point in time in my thought mentality, I would not recommend anyone to Allstate.
