Any time I call or stop by with a question or concern.....it is handled quickly and professionally. One situation that I encountered several years ago.......my water heater decided to start leaking in the middle of the night causing flooding on the second floor and below. Upon discovering this "nightmare" in the morning I made a call to Sam's office......they got the ball rolling dispatching a contractor to begin the repairs and clean up. It was quite the mess......upon completion I was very pleased at how the whole process played out.........orchestrated by Sam and his staff. Sam has served me well.......and certainly has been a "Good Neighbor".
