Wow.....
Worst service I have ever seen! Can't get paperwork to you till you send an email full of anger.... 3 mos I waited for them. Now after our insurance was up and I had cancelled it, 2 mos later I'm getting billed.
They have an office gal insurance agent, Cindy Surfus, this girl knows her job, returns EVERY CALL AND EVERY EMAIL same day. She is knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. She had saved me money year after year and I literally never have to beg her to get to speak to her.. . best customer service I've ever seen in an insurance company. Gets insurance certs out to brokers asap and hasn't yet found a problem she couldn't fix quickly. I love this office and everyone there after 2 years of working with them. Highly recommended to any semi truck owner operators!!!
