After about a month, they refunded a portion of what they took from my account, but I never saw most of it. On top of it all, THEY CALLED ME TO ASK TO QUOTE ME POLICIES TODAY (9/25/17)!!! I was as nice to them as I could be...and MUCH nicer to them than they were to me. At least, I did not steal money from them!!!
I’ve had State Farm since I was able to drive! The staff at Larry Ice’s office are so kind and knowledgeable. They’re more than willing to help! They showed me what I did need and what I didn’t. I’ve ‘shopped’ elsewhere but the rates were not even close!! I’m keeping my policies right where they are!
I was a customer for many years...until earlier in 2017. I cancelled Auto insurance after I got MUCH better quotes elsewhere. I cancelled Homeowners policies several months later. The real rub is that they debited my bank account for TWO MONTHS of homeowners premiums over a week AFTER I cancelled the policies. When I called, I got a song and dance that it would take 2-3 months to have MY money returned. I told them to NEVER call me again.
I haven't had a better experience with any other insurance company. I recently started a home owners policy with Larry Ice while looking for a competitive rate. Larry was right on target. He is very knowledgeable. Since the inception of my home owners policy 3 months ago I have since added an auto policy, classic car policy & a policy on an investment property. I'll be sure to use Larry for all my future insurance needs and so should you.
