This company has you complete their form, takes your money and then says they can't insure you because you are not 'attending a group event' and you will get your money back IN 10 BUSINESS DAYS!

I am very dissatisfied with this company and the inability to speak to anyone regarding my claim. USA hockey should be looking for some other agency to represent their members. HORRIBLE SERVICE!
