Not really easy to deal with.the lady there is super nice,but the company in whole sucks.
The two women agents who work in this State St. office are very knowledgeable and very friendly. Everytime I walk in the door I am greeted with a smile and they are always eager to help make my payment process quick. Unfortunately sometimes the process moves slow because their computers tend to freeze up and run extremely slow. The computers are old and in much need for an upgrade. The office itself has a mildew odor, dusty and is in need of a major update with fresh paint, desks and just a new look over all. Besides a newly decorated office that's warm and inviting will welcome new clients easily!!!
