My daughter signed up online and only had to wait 5 minutes to be seen. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Very satisfied.
Had to visit RediMed after a fall at work. My pain increased and had to return the next day. Stupid workmens comp. made the paperwork difficult. But Danielle did a great job working through it and getting me the care I needed. Also, Dr. Mike assessed my trouble and got me an injection to help the problem.
Staff was friendly and thorough. We registered online prior to coming in and waited less than 10 minutes to be seen. I was extremely impressed with how they treated my under the weather 7 yr old. He received exceptional care.
The wait was long, but I was expecting that due to it being end of year. Once i got in to see a doctor, they diagnosed and prescribed me within about 15 mins. The staff was friendly and helpful.

I checked in online and arrived within the 20-30 minute waiting time, nobody in the waiting room and still waited 20-30 minutes (no big deal). Front desk lady asks me if I am allergic to anything, my reply was-- yes a certain antibiotic, so she types it in on the system. Nurse takes me back to the room and proceeds to ask me again are you allergic to anything, my reply again is-- yes, a certain antibiotic. Dr finally comes in and after a few minutes diagnoses me with a common cold, WHAT?? So I proceeded to tell her that I have had a swollen throat (barely able to swallow), upper and lower respiratory congestion and coughing non-stop with little to no sleep for a week. So now she wants to do a quick strep test (the lady doing it not so gentle, jabbing the back of my swollen throat). Dr comes back and says it was negative. She then prescribes me nasal spray, a cough suppressant and some antibiotics that she dates for 5 DAYS AFTER MY VISIT TO FILL?? So the next lady comes in to give me my written prescription and sure enough it was for the antibiotic that I am allergic to!!! After correcting the young lady, she came back with a new prescription. After waiting the 5 days I went to drop the prescription off and the pharmacist asked if I was allergic to anything and I replied the same as the previous 3x at the Dr... He replied he could not fill the prescription without talking to the Dr due to it being the same thing as the the one that I am allergic to, they called and finally got it switched again. So BEWARE if this is your choice of a medical professional!!! $250, almost poisoned 2x and a week later I got my antibiotics....
