Have always had a great experience with this company and highly recommend them.
Don't bother asking for help. They won't listen to what your insurance tells you. They feel they know more about what your insurance covers than the insurance rep you spent an hour on the phone with.
I told my Doctor, I'd rather have surgery than deal with them again.
