I came in for a drug test and physical for a new job and waited 2 hours before even seen. 45 mins longer to have drug test and physical done. I'm ok with waiting if I were told it would take this long. Had to cancel my appointment to get my marriage license because it took them forever. In the future it would be recommended to let customers know how long it could take so they are aware. Never was told there was a wait and there was only 3 people prior to me in the lobby. Staff was nice but need to explain and understand customers have more to do other than sitting for almost 3 hours. I was also not allowed to use the restroom for 2 hours and it started to get painful to hold it that long.
Pretty much a joke. Been here for 30 minutes now just to take a drug test. No one in the parking lot and no one being seen in the back. Absolutely ridiculous...wasted my entire lunch break. SMH 47mins to pee in a cup...DO NOT GO HERE.
Came in for pre-employment drug screening. Had all paperwork done promptly, spent maybe 15 minutes all and all. Wasn't a bad experience at all.
This place is trying to charge me an extra $25 fee because the medical examiner for a DOT physical had to read 1/2 a paragraph of an a1c weaver that they didn't even have a part in obtaining, thankfully the company I drive for thinks it's a bogus fee and pulled all of their business from them, that includes other drivers DOTs and drug tests
