Had my first visit in to Passport Health a few days ago. I saw Jamie for my visit in the office. She was very helpful and informative. She explained different options I had and gave her suggested advice, but it was really comfortable and easy-going. I didn't feel pressured or uncomfortable about making choices or anything. I felt like I was dealing with a down-to-earth person who really cared about me and my situation. She was very patient in talking with me. She was detailed to get me the right immunizations and meds for my specific circumstance. Not only was she was helpful for my health needs, but also financially she wanted to help me get the best values. I felt like I really got to know her and saw the passion she has in the medical field but also for people who are traveling. She shared some of her personal experiences in why she does what she does. She was very interested on where I was going, and what I'd be doing, and how to emotionally digest things as well as talking about the fun things that she's experienced in her travels. And she wants to hear about my trip and see photos when I get back from Costa Rica. I look forward to keeping in touch with her, and to my next visit back. It was a great experience, and I plan on doing more traveling in the future out of country. This is the first place I'd go before making more trips, if I have the option to.
Jamie was so incredibly knowledgeable and kind as she explained everything to me and gave me recommendations on what exactly was needed.
She even put together a packet that had information on things I may encounter in each and every country.
