Wish I had the option of choosing no stars, because that is how great my visit was. Very disappointed. While checking in, the lady at the front desk (who acted as if I was interrupting her personal time), was very rude and was scrolling thru her phone while verifying my information. Super professional! I work at a doctors office and if anyone ever did that, they would be written up or fired. Once back in the exam room, the "doctor", who I could hear saying my name, because they never closed door, went into the wrong exam room. I heard him say, "Oops. Your not who I'm looking for." My actual "exam", consisted of the doctor coming in and asking the same questions the nurse did, and then he touched both of my sides asking if it hurt, and that was it. Apparently, according to the billing department, that was worth about $200 of his time. And speaking of Parkview's billing department, WOW, rude as can be. I called to inquire as to why my visit cost almost $500 and the lady was real short and snippy with me. If anyone has the right to get snippy, it was me!! My family doctor is thru Parkview, and I am so happy that he does not act as uncaring, rude and unprofessional, as this Parkview location does. I guess next time I have a problem that requires urgent attention, I will just risk the wait until my family doctor can see me, rather than pay hundreds of dollars for some half a$$ service.
Nice people and facilities but at least let walk-ins know Before you take there money that they have a two hour sitting wait
