My daughter had to wait over 2 hours for a drug screening for a job.......DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!!
Needed a physical for a job, scheduled it a week in advance. It was scheduled for the last day that I could have it turned it, I showed up only to find out they never scheduled my appointment.
I've been fortunate enough to not have ever been here even an hour. This is where we get our drug screening for part of my business done and we don't even have appointments.
Poor staffing... Was told 25min wait.. It had now been 90min. Staff is nice.. but you will grow old waiting on them.. i just watched 4 people walk out after waiting well past their pronounced wait time. I have been "next" for an hour.
My husband and I walked in the door for the very same thing one time, and I had to wait an hour past my husband, because they actually forgot about me and was taking back other people that came in the door that didn't have an appointment before me. Like what the hell. This place is a joke, because the staff just doesn't care. I mean, they need to get it together or hire more staff so people don't have to wait so long to be seen. Very unorganized place if you ask me.
