Went to this office for treatment for cronic depression. I went for 11 months before I stopped. I became more and more depressed as I went to the appointments. It was a very bad experience. I was basically on the same medication at the end of 11months that I was on when I started. The psychologist had a belittling attitude towards me from the get go. He let me know many times that he thought I was currently and had been a useless lazy stupid person and that my depression was all my fault. Do not go here.
I called today to find information and if my insurance would cover visit. Told her i didn't have card yet. Well there is nothing i can do to help til you get that. Just wasn't a good experience.
They are so patient and friendly and Dr.Pancner takes his time and understand s and communicates well.. very refreshing compared to the other treatment places.
