I have experienced ONE on numerous occasions in 2017 (and earlier). Every time, check-in was fast and efficient. Waiting time was minimal. Staff and doctors all friendly and very professional. Check-out is also fast. Appreciate having the appointment overview they gave me. It helps me to remember what meds I'm to take, exercise, expectations on recovery, etc. ONE is the ONE for me!
Take an interest, and they will go out of their way to make sure everything is great! My doctor (or the nurse practitioner) listens to me and takes what I have to say into consideration. It is an incredible facility and I would recommend (and have) to anyone who has this type of medical need.
I like Dr. Johnson. His team are very nice people. I have more faith in my O.N.E. than I do my own primary care team and Dr. Caring provider are hard to come by these days. I'm not treated like a paycheck I'm treated like a person who has real health problems. He seems to be the only one willing to deal with the issues instead of passing me around doctor to doctor. I just recently retired from the military and this was the first time seeing a doctor outside of naval medicine in over 20 years. Let me just say, ONE set the bar very high for any future civilian doctor visits! Dr. David Conner and his staff were amazing, very friendly, welcoming, and attentive to my concerns! I was called back and greeted precisely on time. Within minutes I was taken back to radiology where I waited no more than 45 seconds before being called back for x-rays! Dr. Conner reviewed my x-rays and gave my shoulder a thorough evaluation. If I have any future ortho concerns, there is no question if I'll return! Great job ONE for making your patients feel comfortable and valued! I'd give you a 6 out of 5 stars if possible!
I am always amazed with the efficiency at ONE. From check in to check out everything runs smoothly. Patient care is their top priority knowing that your time is of great value to you. The doctors and surgical nurses are the best in their field. I drive two hours each way to get to ONE when there is a capable orthopedic group 15 minutes from my home.
