I walked in to get a trim after I decided to trim it myself and cut 4-5 inches off. I loved it but my layers needed help. They didnt have an appt but one of the girls said she could do it. Wish I got her name but she said she was the owners daughter/sister. Very friendly and she did a great job! Reccommend giving them a try! I will go back when in town!
