They were able to get me in pretty quick even though I didn't have an appointment. The gentleman that helps me was efficient yet seem to be rushed as there was not an empty seat in the house. I went because I had a gift card. I don't know that I would willingly go back on my own. very nice facility
My daughter and I went to get our nails done for a mother daughter day. Customer service was poor to say the least. Staff did not talk to either of us during our visit. The nails that were put on were crooked and very poorly painted. I would not recommend this place. I regret wasting our time and money at this business.There are much better places that do a much better job.
Furthest thing from a “spa experience.” Was in from out of town to get my hair done with a senior specialist. I come in for my appointment and they told me it was canceled and they tried calling. I asked what number they had and it was nowhere NEAR my number. I settled for a new hairdresser who took 5.5 hours to do my hair and there was absolutely no change in color. I’m not sure what in God’s name she thought she was doing, but it looked NOTHING like the picture I showed her AND I was charged the same amount as a “senior” specialist. The seat was so uncomfortable and the girl kept complaining about her feet hurting (maybe you shouldn’t wear 4 in. shoes), which made my experience worse. My mom had purchased a $300 spa package for us days prior and we reluctantly decided to still use it 2 days after my hair appointment. We started with “massage” and “facials” that shouldn’t have even been considered a choice of service. I’m not sure either of the women went to school for their specialty, because I don’t think rubbing lotion on my body counts as a massage and I don’t think applying a bunch of different cleansers on my face is considered a facial. Not to mention, our time in the room was cut short by almost 30 minutes! We explained our anger with who seemed to be the “manager” (Caucasian woman, brown hair) and she said they allow 5 minutes before and after for undressing... so what happened to the other 20? Moving on to our pedicures, my mom and I were extremely pissed off by this point and the “manager” was nothing but a smart ass to us. Both of us were in Fort Wayne from Dallas that has tons of luxury spas and this salon doesn’t even compare. My mom wasn’t finished with her pedicure and the tech asked her to pay. My mom said she wanted to wait until the end. He kept insisting she paid now (it’s like they SERIOUSLY thought we’d walk out without paying!), so I reiterated the fact that we weren’t paying. He asked ONCE AGAIN and my mom gave him her card and just wanted to get it over with. At this point people were staring and it was so uncomfortable for either of us to sit there any longer. The “manager” also looked at me like a lunatic for asking if they had dip powder for my nails! I will never recommend this “spa” to ANYONE and I will never come back because I refuse to be ridiculed, belittled, and be the recipient of such horrible services. I spent over $500 at a place is ran by a couple of conartists and they should be ashamed for their wrongdoings. Now I know why you have 2.1 stars on almost 100 ratings!
I always have had a great experience here, rather it be nails, pedicures or massages. I go to Jennifer every month for a massage. She is wonderful! I have went to a lot of other places and tried other massage therapists before, but she has been the first one in which I will follow her anywhere and make sure I always get Jennifer. She is professional, gives extra attention to your trouble spots, all while being gentle. I would highly recommend!
Bonnie was amazing and very friendly. My facial was great also. Then I got a pedicure and manicure. Not so impressed not one word was spoke during either. I had two different techs and neither said a word. I wish I would of read the reviews before hand. I had a gift card for 165 but when I went to pay they told me there was only 80 on it. I went out to get my purse and come back and told them they needed to check because I know how much was on there and the money magically appeared. Really ruined the who experience.
