Literally the rudest person i've ever encountered in my life answered the phone. I deal with UPS stores all over the United States and have never been treated that way. She actually answered the phone with "who's this!" --- They won't even print documents for clients stating it's because they've been infected with a virus, but will allow them to use the computer to download items on their store's internet connection.
My husband wasn't allowed to pick up a package that was addressed to me. He had a valid ID and the tracking number and he's never had any trouble picking them up before. The lady wouldn't let him have my packages! Since they were addressed to me I had to come get them myself. On the website it says open today till 3pm. That store closed at 1:30pm. Tomorrow is Christmas Eve so by the time the store opens again they'll be sent back to the sender. I'm still not even sure why they weren't dropped off at my door. I got emails saying they were out for delivery and then an email saying I have to drive across town to pick it up. I won't even speak about that lady's rudeness since it looks like everyone else has.
I had to have an Amazon return label printed, they refused to just scan the label and print it out for me and instead directed me to computer with a credit card swiper so I could pay a few bucks to use their computer so that I could pay a few bucks to print the label that costs less than 10¢ to produce. Get out.
Great store! Couldn't ask for better service! Always so kind, efficient, and straight to point!
I'm not sure why there are so many negative reviews. The staff has always seemed friendly and competent. I've been to this UPS Store multiple times and never once had an issue that couldn't be resolved in a minute or two.
