I worked as a contractor for three years with this organization. They are amazing people with a very quality staff.
This program is a GREAT program don't get me wrong, I personally think KV Works was better than BrightPoint. I had 0 problems with KV Works (here in south bend) and I was with them for 3 years before this change, now I have constant problems and run ins with the staff. When you call brightpoint their staff are 9/10 unwilling to help you Susan & Nancy to be direct (and this is more than one occasion where I've experienced this) they will talk to you as if you don't know what you're talking about. No parent should have to tolerate that type of attitude especially when your calling about their mistake!!!!
The ordering process for tickets for Parkview Field (in this case, for the Tiny Homes showing this weekend) - is BS. They keep adding "fees" on - so by the time you're done - it makes you want to cancel. So I did. They added $2.00 for "ticket fees", and then another $2.00 for "order fees". Just so that they could email my ticket so that I could print it. And it's all done automatically by their computer. No human interaction.
