Jessica at the Fort Wayne office should NOT be in a managerial position. I was being charged for forced insurance for over 4 months and I had the required coverage. She assured me on two occasions the situation would be taken care of. I had to notify corporate office and within a day it was cleared up. I was told I would not get late fees for withholding a payment until it was cleared up. Guess what.. two months after the fact, I get a late fee. Now with a smart attitude she says "I don't know why anybody would tell you there would not be a late fee." Well, someone in her office did and the guy from corporate told me that. This rating is on Jessica, not Nicholas Financial. smh
Absolutely horrible place to do business with!! I worked for Bart's Car Store so decided to use Nicholas Financial for my loan provider since they were right across the street and a company we work for. I've had nothing but problems since day one with them and then when I ran into a financial rut I decided that I wanted to see my options on giving my car back and Eddie from Nicholas told me that my remaining amount would only be $1,000 then come to find out my remaining balance is $4,500. They completely took advantage of me and now I'm in the process of taking them to court for a meeting me and I have proof on all of it!
