Dr. started me on remicade for U.C. Been seeing him for 3 years. I have been living a normal life since seeing this doctor, and only see him every 6 months, which is a good sign of a doctor, if you don't have to see hiim! Only warning, is that he is a busy guy and you may have to wait to get an appointment. He works as part of a practice, so in emergencies, there are other doctors to fill in. I highly recommend dr. akbar and the practice he belongs to.
