I went today for my first appt with Dr. Dutro, and boy was I impressed! From the receptionist to the nurses, everyone was so nice! My wait in the waiting room, and the exam room was each only about 5 mins. Dr. Dutro really listened, and his bedside manner was amazing. I'm so glad he is my doctor!
Great experience overall - wonderful bedside manner and support staff was very nice. Very nice waiting area and they go out of their way to help.
Like the other review. My first visit with Dr. Dutro was amazing. From the receptionist to the nurse and with him. He listened very well, took his time and was a joy to be around.
I thought it was going to be a great experience after his first impression which he was very nice and also seemed to be concerned. Dr. Dutro had me get some tests done. All I got in response was the nurse telling me my results and thats it. My results I would say were simple, nothing for them to follow up with really, but then what about the biggest problem? The whole reason I made an appointment. No follow up for my main concern, wouldnt you want to follow up with your patient to figure out the next step?? The nurse had told me that she will have the Doctor call me back, no call. So basically I was left in the dust.
