ALWAYS able to get us seen in a timely manner. Never have to wait more than 5 minutes to be seen. The nurse staff is so good to us, especially our young daughter. They take the time to listen and properly referred our needs to a specialist. I've never had a call go unreturned, a question go unanswered, or a visit go poorly. He is an excellent PCP, our family is happy to be under his care.
If you are only looking for someone to help with a cold then he's a good fit. But, if you need someone that can help with more complex issues and won't argue with you when you need referred over to another Doctor. Also, telling your patient "try not to think about it and it will go away" ! We'll I didn't listen to that advice, it didn't go away and thank goodness I went to another Dr. for a proper diagnosis.
Never a long wait. And scheduled an appt at walk in clinic when I merely had the flu so I didn't have to sit and wait 4 hours at walk in clinic! Thank you Dr Kelty staff!!!!!
