Dr care very good. Very knowledgable, answered questions, and explained well.
Well, I called as a new patient two different times - had to leave a message both instances. I was having a problem with something that I am sure would need removal. I explained I'd be more than happy to get a referral if I needed it & just asked for a call back. I got nothing. I then emailed them an appointment request through their website. I explained again that I was concerned with a very swollen & kind of painful skin tag I had that needed looked at. Again, I have received no response back. So, I'll be looking elsewhere for these services. One thing I hate is awful customer service. And if you can't even respond to a voicemail or email, then you are in the wrong occupation. I understand the doctors are not directly at fault for their front staff, however, they hire them and how else will they know that they SUCK unless I write a horrible review. I won't be sending any one their way.
Long wait. Front desk staff plays a loud radio, talks loudly, and is unprofessional to say the least. It's like being at a discount teenage clothing store, waited on by bored adolescents. Drs are fine.
The doctor experiance has been excellent BUT the front desk personal sometimes are the pits.
Dr Hentz is awsome. She really cares about what she does and it shows. She takes the time to thoroughly explain her diagnosis and conclusions. I did not have any issues with the nurses or receptionists.
