Dr. Fawver, you should be more attentive to your staff b/c even though you have a wait list, there may come a time when you don't. Your receptionist was rude, off the charts illogical with her demands and had less the human interpersonal relations.
Dr. Fawver is a great doctor, and has helped me a great deal. He seems to be quite brilliant, not only in the medical field, but also in the operation of his clinic. However, this clinic is now part of the Parkview network, and it seems what once was great, is no more. My visits are now plagued with prescription errors and billing discrepancies. Paid in full has no meaning, as bills are simply altered after they are paid. A simple fax can take several days, and dealing with a few bad eggs in their staff has left me quite frustrated.
Been referred to this DOCTOR by a few physicians. I'm trying to establish new doctors.
I went here for several years and felt like I received excellent care.
Great Dr and staff. Everyone from the reception to medical staff are very polite, concerned with my well being, definitely recommend. T
Their receptionist are terrible. Take forever to make an appointment. They never return your calls and the phone service is horrible.
Forget your great reputation, I'm going somewhere else b/c NO ONE SEEKING THIS TYPE OF CARE SHOULD HAVE TO BE BELITTLED AND HUMILIATED by your staff, in person or over the phone!
