Wonderful staff... helped me figure out exactly what kind of coffee I can drink (diet restrictions). Also, the sous vide eggs are delicious!
Just went through the drive thru. The lid to my drink was not on securely and more than a third of my drink end up in my center console and on both mine and my spouse's clothes when it popped off and the cup flipped out of his hand. The woman working the window was too busy laughing like a school girl at her male coworker to even offer us napkins. Once I finally got her attention and asked for some she passed us a few and continued laughing at her coworker. After handing my spouse his drink said have a nice day and returned her gaze to her coworker. No appology for the mess her lack of focus caused. No offer of anything to make right our inconvenience or nearly half missing drink.
It was okay. Had previous very good experiences here but also very bad; was very disappointed today that they were out of the key garnish for my drink order, then when I requested for some vanilla powder which is usually right at the cream and sugar counter, one employee says he will go look while another tells me how she tho is someone stole it- I look up and the employee must have forgotten immediately what he was looking for because he was behind the counter half hazardly dumping out some old coffee and talking with co-workers. Super annoying to pay that much for coffee and be not provided what I paid for, then asked for and not even be treated like i mattered. I will be happy to give someone else my $5+.
Made my day. They gave me my drink for free for absolutely no reason and I cannot express my gratitude enough. A good treat and incredibly kind gesture after a horribly long Monday.
The staff is amazing. I didn't have to wait for my coffee compared to a lot of different locations.
