Good food, even better coffee. Wonderful ambiance, lots of options. Rwanda coffee was fantastic, latte could have been hotter, breakfast quiche was great, served up with fruit and scones.
The food here is always fresh and flavorful. Their Fall seasonal menu items are amazing, and their daily specials always offer the chance to mix things up. The space is small, but this rarely results in the loud, distracting atmosphere of some cafes/coffee shops. (The only exception is when the blender is running, but there's not much one can do about that, and their milkshakes are worth the noise!) Service speed is average to slightly above average, but that's unavoidable with food made to order, so as long as you're not in a rush, it's not a hindrance. Their patio improvements look great, too! This is one of my favorite local restaurants in Fort Wayne.
Great selection of coffee drinks, finger appetizers, wraps and sandwiches. I had a dark chocolate stout by Taxman Brewing. It's a bit hardy, and has a bitter coffee taste. Great place and comfy atmosphere.
First of all, you will not receive better service at a coffee shop. I still can't get used to being asked to have a sit and then being served at my table. What. A. Treat. Their food is insane(ly) delicious as is the coffee. I live in Columbia City and will travel just to enjoy the atmosphere and study here. Definitely my favorite in Fort Wayne!
Nice and very comfortable eating establishment. Visiting from out of state and was recommended to stop in and have breakfast. An amazing and quaint atmosphere, highly recommend to anyone nearby. Thank you Friendly Fox and all of the staff! Cooks too! ;-)
