Ordered 2 of the sausage egg mcmuffin meals, no eggs on either sandwich. Ordered a big breakfast no cakes; received no cutlery, butter, or jelly. Unfortunately screwing up the orders from mcdonalds is not the exception, its the norm. Its easier to just make it at home from now on, correctly.
I know its a McDonald's but why must you talk while i am waiting for my food.
It's a friendly, perfessional and very welcoming place.... They made me lunch doing breakfast hours and very quick on their feet!
Morning of August 5th, my girls and I ordered two smoothies and there was an issue with the machine and this certain employee ( who I wasnt able to catch the name of) and his fellow worker were working hard on getting us the smoothies. Well, I insisted to take a soft drink and I know things like this happen,( no big deal) so I told them to not worry about it. I took the girls into Walmart to start shopping and a couple minutes later this amazing employee brought us the smoothies and two toys for my girls! I was blown away by this service! The gentleman had no idea the kind of morning that I was having. He MADE my day and I appreciate the service! Keep it up!
Gave it a 2 star only because service is usually pretty prompt. Otherwise this is the nastiest McDonald's. They haven't upgraded their dinning area for well over 11 years. Floors are always tacky & dirty. Tables and sears are gross. In dire need of remodeling like most of the other McDonald's hsve already done. Rarely eat here because of the run down, dirty look.
