The staff I have continuously seen working here for years have always been friendly and polite. No complaints at all really, which is surprising given some issues I've had with other staff on campus over the years.

Has books, things you need for college, and great IPFW Swag.
Manager is very willing to work with you and do right by the customer. I missed my return due date and they only kept the late fees and refunded all other charges including book replacement fees!
