After being a customer for about 10 years Leslie lost me as a client due to breaking off about 10 inches of my beautiful hair and then accusing me of cutting it myself. To make matters worse, I attend a beauty college and am often used as an example of a negligent stylist and extreme hair damage/breakage. I have pieces on top that are only 5 inches long and then my normal hair is past my chest. Leslie Felony would not even accept the responsibility of ruining my hair and I had to attend a wedding like that. After 10years and so much time and money invested.....I got totally dismissed. This is NOT how you are supposed to be treated as a long time client . This goes against everything the beauty industry stands for.
Friendly shop and they don't try to upsell you like many other places. Leslie is a major find and after not being satisfied with several other salons and stylists, I won't see anyone else. She really listens to what you want (instead of thinking she knows what's best for you or just making you look like her - which was the problem with past two stylists I saw). She seems to genuinely enjoy talking to her customers and treats them like they are her friends, and then they become one. :)
Jacob was the best. Knows what hes doing and did it perfectly! Couldnt believe how well it turned out. 6 out of 5 stars.
I just moved and this is the first salon I've tried here and it was great! Mariah was the one they scheduled my appointment with. She did a fantastic job, and she was super sweet. Thank you!
I can't even begin to express how happy I am with my cut, color and overall experience. Leslie is awesome and the rest of the staff seemed as attentive and skilled. Customer for life!
